Swan boats make a big splash at Echo Park Lake

This afternoon’s cold and windy weather did not keep folks from riding the new swan-shaped pedal boats at Echo Park Lake. If the swans prove to be popular, who knows? Maybe rubber ducky boats will join the Echo Park Lake fleet.
