Thank you to all the Franchisees and Managers who joined us for this year’s Power Day Conference! A BIG Congratulations to Rodney Knight for winning Franchisee of the Year for his Minneapolis Territory! There are so many benefits to attending the yearly conference: round table discussions, new product announcements, new best practices, marketing strategies, learning from one another, and so much more. Every year franchisees and managers share their own business insights and experiences; and we all come away having learned new things. We hope to see you all next year! Monday, Feb. 17th & Tuesday, Feb. 18th – Optional Extended Manager & Mechanic Training

**If any of you or your team members plan to attend the Manager Training held on Monday and Tuesday at the Ventura office, you will want to make a reservation to stay at a local hotel in Ventura for the evening of Monday Feb. 17th.

Local Airports
The Burbank Airport (BUR) is the closest airport at just 8 miles to the hotel. If possible, we recommend flying in and out of Burbank as it’s a quick 15 minute drive and an easy airport to get in and out of (it is also quicker/easier if you are visiting WFR Central for Optional Training). The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 27 miles from the hotel, but depending on the time of day, can take anywhere from 55 min – 2+ hours to get to the hotel. Please plan ahead to ensure you give yourself enough time to make it to the Welcome Dinner on Tuesday.
