Thank you for attending Peek training for managers. Peek is the booking software we use to collect reservations on our website.  For managers and leads who attended the training, the purpose of giving you access to the backend booking software is for your to be able to get email and/or text message alerts for new bike reservations that come in, as well as be able to check the daily sales Manifest so you can manage your bike fleet inventory between walkup guests and reservations.

Below are the steps you want to take to set up your Peek account, and information on how to use the software on a daily basis.  Reminder – Wheel Fun Central Office will continue to be responsible for guest rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, etc. You are simply using this software to get notifications of new reservations, as well as the ability to check the daily manifest.

 

1: Look for an email from Peek with a link to set your own password.

 

2:  Next, log into the software. (If using an iphone, make sure to use “Safari” as your search engine.)
– Go to https://pro-app.peek.com/
– Enter your Wheel Fun email address [first initial last name@wheelfunrentals.com] example: mullerick@wheelfunrentals.com
– Then enter the password you created in step 1.

 

3: Lastly, stay logged into Peek, and with URL open follow the below steps to save the App onto your phone’s home screen:
– click the little “share” icon at the bottom on the page

 

– then scroll down and select “Add to Home Screen”

 

DAILY CHECKING OF MANIFEST: Per the training, at the start of each day, you will want to log into your Peek account (using the shortcut you have saved onto the home screen of your phone), hold the phone horizontally, click “Dashboard” on the left hand side, and then “Manifest.” This will show you how many e-bike reservations you have for “today.” You can use the calendar icon to look at future dates.

NOTIFICATIONS: We will automatically turn text message and email alerts on so you are notified of new bookings. If you ever need to adjust or turn off notifications please email marketing@wheelfunrentals.com

BOOKING CUT OFF TIMES: Many locations allow e-bike reservations to be made up to 15 minutes prior to the rental time.  If you need to add additional buffer time for your location, please email Mike@wheelfunrentals.com to discuss what buffer time is best for your location and fleet.
