Outgoing Voicemail Messages
Giving customers the correct information is very important. We’ve noticed that sometimes the voice message recording can get overlooked when hours change or when locations close for the season in the fall each year. We’d like to share the phone voice message scripts we use at all WFR Central locations. These include all of the relevant information guests need and explains that the line is not checked for messages encouraging the guests to continue to call back.
We encourage you to update your phone’s voice messages to these scripts to help prevent future issues.
