Portland, OR – Wheel Fun Rentals at Tom McCall Park in Portland has re-opened for the 2026 season and is lighting up summer nights in patriotic style as it celebrates America’s 250^th anniversary with special Red, White & Blue LED Illuminated Surrey Night Rides. Patriotic Surrey Nights Rides are available now and will run through Labor Day Weekend.

Returning to the waterfront are Wheel Fun Rentals’ iconic four-wheel Surrey cycles are joined by an expanded fleet of comfortable hybrid bikes and electric bikes. For their summer-long celebration, Wheel Fun Rentals has also introduced their popular LED-lit Surrey Night Rides and transformed them into a dazzling patriotic experience featuring custom red, white, and blue lighting in honor of America’s 250th anniversary celebration.

On July 4^th, visitors can pedal beneath the city lights while taking in panoramic views and enjoy views of the 4^th of July Fireworks Spectacular launched over the Willamette River from nearby Oaks Amusement Park. The illuminated Surreys provide a unique way for families, couples, and friends to enjoy warm summer evenings and celebrate America’s 250th in festive style.

Night Rides are available Friday – Sundays and holidays until 10pm, with the last rental going out 1-hour before closing. Pricing is $30 for a Single Surrey (seats up to 3 adults and 2 small children), and $40 for a Double Surrey (seats up to 6 adults and 2 small children). Reservations are available and recommended.
