Your staff is the face of Wheel Fun Rentals, so it’s important that staff adhere to uniforms and grooming standards. These immediately establish a professional and consistent business image that attracts and helps retain customers no matter which location they visit.

We recommend holding your employees to high grooming and uniform standards to ensure they look professional, approachable, and helpful. Here are some reminders of what is found in the WFR employee handbook:

• Uniforms should be clean and in good condition without holes, stains, snags, excessive wrinkles, or noticeable fading.
• Hair should be neat and presentable, with any facial hair neatly trimmed and groomed at all times.
• Jewelry must be kept to a minimum and not be obstructive, distracting or interfere with job functions.
• Communicate clearly your policy on what outerwear (hats, visors, sweatshirts, etc.) is allowed, and make sure it’s labeled Wheel Fun Rentals.

An unkempt employee creates the perception of a business in disarray and interferes with making a good impression. It’s your responsibility to make sure your staff are well groomed and looking their best.
