Display/Storage: Is there adequate storage for product?
Staffing:  Who on the property will be able to handle rentals?

If Hotel/Resort/Campground:
Number of Rooms
Average Occupancy percentage
Average length of stay
Customer Mix
(Corporate or Leisure)

If Downtown/Village:
Number of Visitors
Location within town (enough foot traffic?)
Display Area (adequate & easily visible?)
