In 2018, Wheel Fun Rentals launched a new Point of Sale System – Clover- in all of our staffed rental locations (30+ locations and 45+ total installations).  The new system comes with a scanner, monitor, printer, cash drawer, and credit card chip-reader technology.  The fully assembled deck makes it easy to plug in and start renting. As with the Windward Mobile System, Clover reads customers’ driver licenses to populate the digital waiver (eliminating paper waivers), and also sends end-of-day sales summaries via email.  

Additional Clover Benefits are:

•  The reports are much more complete and accessible.

• Changes, updates, prices, promotions, and additional products can be updated remotely in real-time.

• All of the components of the system are wired together eliminating some of the Bluetooth connections that could be troublesome in Windward

• Overall the platform is much more stable

• In addition to all the standard credit cards, the Clover system accepts digital forms of payment such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

• WFR negotiated amazing rates on Merchant Services and Clover equipment
