Whittier Narrows Recreation Area is the perfect place for a family adventure. This expansive park features lakes for boating and fishing, bike trails, the American Military Museum, a nature center, and more! The Nature Center is full of exhibits about plants and animals of the river environment, including live displays. The center offers public programs, lectures, ranger tours, and education programs.
