Brooklyn & Queens, NY- Make a splash this Mother’s Day weekend with us!  Just in time for Mother’s Day, Wheel Fun Rentals is pleased to announce watercraft rentals will be opening for the season at two New York locations. A myriad of boating options at Marine Park in Brooklyn and Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens will be available May 9^th, 2015.

Enjoy navigating through Marine Park’s peaceful and serene salt marsh eco system in a two or four-person pedal boat. To cover even more distance, choose a single or double kayak. For kayaking, come prepared to get a little wet from the drip of your paddle and splash of the water. Or have some fun gliding along Gerritsen Creek on a stand-up paddleboard.

If you’re in Queens, come and explore Flushing Meadows Corona Park’s 95 acre lake.  Watercraft rentals are located on the northern edge of Meadow Lake at Ederle Terrace. Float across the calm and cool lake water on one of our Pedal Boats, or race along the waterfront on a kayak.

In addition to kayaks and pedal boats, Wheel Fun Rentals at both Marine Park and Flushing Meadows Corona Park  offer New York’s largest selection of bikes and specialty cycle rentals.  Popular biking options at both parks include classic cruisers, kids bikes, a variety of three wheeled cycles, and the Surrey, our modern day 4-wheel carriage.  Our Single Surrey seats 3 adults and two small children, and the roomy Double Surrey seats up to six adults and two small children.
