RENTAL GUIDELINES
- Renters must have a valid government-issued photo ID and be 18 years of age or older.
- All Rentals: One hour minimum. After first hour, all rentals are prorated in 15-minute increments.
- EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP WHO WANTS TO USE A RENTAL MUST SIGN A LIABILITY FORM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- You may not let anyone use your rental unless you have informed us that they are part of your group AND they have signed a liability form.
- Damaged Goods – you will be charged for product damaged during your rental.
- Please be certain you receive & understand user instructions prior to renting.
SAFETY GUIDELINES:
- You must know how to swim to rent water products.
- Everyone must wear a correctly fitted PFD/Lifejacket at all times.
- Each life jacket has a whistle attached. This whistle is to only be used during emergencies when you or someone else requires immediate assistance. Below are examples of when it is okay to use the whistle.
- Times when you should use your whistle:
- If you are in the water and unable to re-enter your watercraft.
- If you need assistance in returning to shore.
- Any potentially dangerous situation.
- Times when you should NOT use your whistle:
- You want to show your parents how loud you can be.
- You want to know how much time you have left.
- Any time when there is not an emergency.
- Times when you should use your whistle:
- Exiting/entering your boat from anyplace other than the designated launch area is NOT permitted and will result in termination of your rental with no refund.
- Please be mindful of fishermen and their lines in the water.
- ALCOHOLIC beverages are NOT permitted at any time before or during watercraft rentals.
- No swimming or jumping from any watercraft. Horseplay will not be tolerated.
BOAT AGE LIMITS:
- All Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied on the water by a parent/guardian – NO EXCEPTIONS. Additionally riders must be 10 years of age or older to be on a Single Kayak, Hydro Bike, or SUP, and 5 years of age or older when accompanied by a parent/guardian on a Double or Triple Kayak or SUP.
BOAT CAPACITIES:
- Pedal Boat: Maximum 4 people. Maximum total capacity 750 lbs.
- Single Kayaks, Fishing Kayak & Stand-Up Paddle Boards: Maximum 1 person.
- Double Kayaks: Maximum 2 people.
- Triple Kayak: Maximum 3 people.
- XL Stand-Up Paddle Board: Maximum 5 people.
- Hydro-Bike: Maximum 1 person.
- Swan Boat: Maximum 5 people.
RESTRICTED AREAS:

Lake Sammamish is surrounded by private properties and residences. Please be considerate and stay in the designated green zone and out of restricted areas near the shore as shown in the map below.
Review Release of Liability Agreement for full rental terms & conditions. All equipment rented is subject to the rules of operation. Failure to obey is subject to immediate termination of rental without refund.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
KAYAKS & STANDUP PADDLEBOARDS:
- All boaters must wear fully buckled lifejackets at all times.
- Do not drag the kayak or paddleboard on the ground, doing so will cause damage and you will be responsible for repairs.
- Other than your initial launch and return, do not beach the boat in any other areas. The launching point is the only place you are allowed to get off the watercraft.
- Private docks and beaches are off limits. Maintain a distance of at least 100 feet from these areas.
- be alert to your surrounding and conditions at all times.
- No swimming or jumping from any watercraft. Horseplay will not be tolerated.
- We offer “dry bags” for rent for your personal items.
- When the wind is blowing, we recommend paddlers initially travel into the wind and stay close to the shore to assure you are not pulled out and stranded.
- If you need assistance, or see someone who needs assistance, please call the number printed on the decal inside the boat or dial 911 for emergencies.
- If you plan to return late or are unable to come back to shore, call the number on the sticker on the boat.
PEDAL BOATS & HYDRO-BIKES:
- All boaters must wear fully buckled lifejackets at all times.
- Never stand up in the kayak or boat.
- Do not beach the boat, as you may damage the whee or rudder and you will be responsible for repairs. Please return to the dock to drop off or pick up passengers.
- Private docks and beaches are off limits. Maintain a distance of at least 100 feet from these areas and 20 feet from the shore at all times.
- Upon your return, please wait for us to assist you out of the boat.
- No swimming or jumping from any watercraft. Horseplay will not be tolerated.
- When the wind is blowing, we recommend boaters initially pedal into the wind making your return trip easier.
- If you need assistance, or see someone who needs assistance, please call the number printed on the decal inside the boat or dial 911 for emergencies.
- If you plan to return late or are unable to come back to shore, call the number on the sticker on the boat.
