After-Dinner site visit: 8:00pm – 9:00pm (walking distance), to Shoreline Village Night Rides and/or Rainbow Lagoon Night Rides.

A special $189 room rate (25% off retail) at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach is available for the event – check in Tuesday March 7th.  WFR conference attendees also get the Resort Fee Waived (an additional $25 savings).

 

Local Airports

• The Long Beach Airport (LBG) is the closest airport at only 7 miles from the hotel, but depending on traffic can take 25 min to 45 min. to get to the hotel, so please plan accordingly to make it to the Welcome Dinner. Check out these airlines and direct flights into LBG > 
• The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the next closest airport 21 miles from the hotel, but depending on the time of day, can take anywhere from 40 min. to  1.5 hours to get to the hotel.  Please plan ahead to ensure you give yourself enough time to make it to the Welcome Dinner on Tuesday.
