Flushing Meadows Corona Park
As Queen’s largest park, Flushing Meadows Corona Park first gained prominence as the host of the 1939 and 1964 World’s Fairs. Enjoy your leisurely ride and cruise the park’s dedicated bike paths while being safely tucked away from vehicle traffic.
This iconic 12-story stainless steel globe towering over the park was conceptualized and created for the 1964 World’s Fair to commemorate the dawn of the space age.
