Hayden Homes Amphitheater
An outdoor riverfront amphitheater in the historic Old Mill District is the largest outdoor music venue in Oregon, accommodating approximately 8,000 people for concerts and other events in a casual outdoor setting.

Drake Park
Bordering nearly half a mile of the Deschutes riverfront, Drake Park has strong community ties and hosts many events on its outdoor stage throughout the year. It’s also the designated nesting spot of the Great Horned Owl, whose owlets can be spotted in the late spring.

Mirror Pond
Bordering Drake Park, this glassy pond is created by the Pacific Power and Light hydroelectric dam, located just downstream of Newport Avenue Bridge. It’s been a staple feature of the City of Bend since the early 1900’s – Deschutes Brewery even named one of their craft beers after it!

McKay Park
This very popular park was named after Clyde McKay, who played a prominent part in Bend’s development from wilderness to an established city. The Oregon Trail Railroad interpretive sign within the park provides the fascinating history of Bend’s early railroad system.
