I headed to Wheel Fun Rentals just a block up from the water and rented both a Surrey and a cruiser (which I rode up and down the bike path and onto Stearns Wharf). Hop Aboard a Santa Barbara Trolley Tour

Santa Barbara Trolley Tours leaves on the hour by the Visitor Center down on Cabrillo Street. Each 90-minute tour runs in a loop and you can hop on, hop off at any of the 13 stops.
