Wheel Fun Rentals in New Orleans, LA, the nation’s number 1 provider of family fun and outdoor recreation, is looking for full-time and part-time customer service personnel to join our team. We are located at two locations within New Orleans City Park.
Are you self-driven, motivated, and hard-working? Then you may be the perfect candidate for one of our open positions. This is an outdoor position located at one of our locations within New Orleans City Park. Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome and ready to rent some fun!
• Become knowledgeable about our outdoor rental products and answer any questions customers may have.
• Assist customers in renting procedure explaining the rules to operate.
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment.
• Respond to any customer complaints or service issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• POS experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Friendly attitude even when dealing with challenging customers.
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments.
• Ability to problem solve quickly when addressing any concerns customers may have.
• Good communication skills with customers.
